Weighing scale shows 96 kg
Am flabbergasted! just 4 more to a century... alas am not a cricketer who should be mighty proud of this fact. Its just that I feel kinda disgusted with myself.
We have to work and be happy i life. To enjoy this, a lifespan is a must. for a good lifespan, a good body is a must. All the lipids hiding around the body... are NOT GOOD
So this is something that dawned upon me just 20 days ago that I have to loose weight... and quick!
Have accessorised myself wth a new pair of walking sneakers, a 1 GB mp3 player and lots of determination.
This is the story of mission 85 K where I am trying to go from 96 kg right up to 85 kg... the period is not relly important, but am looking at something like 6 months... with steady progress. There will be NO medicines or external stimuli. I plan to do this the old fashioned way.
1) Power walking
2) Maybe finally gym
3) yoga
4) meditation
I dont know how successful I am going to be, but I at least have begun well by being determined. And for a more transparant process, I have put up this blog entry so I can be encouraged! Please send me your words of encouragement... and I will definitely keep you updated.
There may also be lots of articles, or tibits that I may come across which are about a healthy lifestyle

hey ,,hiii..i got another idea which is working on me rather,,from tht 88 kg to somewherre atl;east 80..slowly but descending for sure and with every K u feel so much life and zest in you..now i fast once a week,,isnt tht considerable? but not starving,i have milk and potato but this imposes self control and u learn to control ur apetite and ur craving also...this is actually working on me,the jeans and the top which never went with each other on my body look considerably good i m sure over a period now its gonna look too good..now this is a tested formula...

Got a suggession for you. Water is something that is a purefying agernt and is great to help you in the weight loosing process. Keep a 2 liter bottel with you always . Make sure you keep drinking water throughout the day. It helps in 2 ways. Help you feel better(itz H2o after all) stops the hunger pangs. It also prevents dehydration. Generally itz belived the first few kgs you loose is due to h2o loss so Drink you way to health. Carbonated water is not at all good.
