Progress report

Yippiee!!!

The weighing scale was beckonig me.... and voila! 1.5 kg i.e. 1500 gms!!!! have disappeared! in fact keeping conservation of energy principal in mind, this has got converyed into potential energy i guess... cuz i feel so fresh and relaxed!

my schedule as i am following:

6:00 am to 6:45/7:00 am - brisk walk about 5 km
some streching exercise and also do 2 forms of my taewondo exercises and kickboxing training
My tighs fel like crap but its a great feeling to know that i can still kick to 6 foot 4 inch!

breakfast : something light and solid (3 dosa, idli, poha, upma -south indian stuff, o maggi wheat noodles)

lunch: salad - 1 bowl, 2 chapati, bhaji (less oil), fruit bowl, buttermilk

tea 3 times in the day

dinner - 4 chapati and little rice

all junk food stopped absolutely

alcohol moderated ... (shucks this is something thats the hardest to accomplish)

I am getting closer tomy goal... from all i have heard from u, the first 50% will be easy but the latter part will be toug... shucks! why didnt i take a target of 20 kgs? then i could have finished 10 kgs and retired! hahaha
